Mini Band Challenge

Three new mini band workouts have been released just for you. We challenge you to do at least one of these workouts daily for the next 21 days. Choose the workout that you enjoy the most and spend 21 days consistently moving and showing your body the love it deserves. We've also added a calendar to keep you motivated.

If you don't have a miniband, we've made sure you can still get joy and a good burn from these workouts.
