Putting our feet to the pedal, we are bringing the power of Harlem Cycle right to your living room. Join us for 20-60mins of non stop rhythm based riding with some fun tunes to keep you motivated. Classes are great for 1st time to seasoned riders. With all classes you will be encouraged to go at a pace that challenges you. An indoor cycling bike is required.
Great riding starts with proper bike setup. Take a few minutes to learn the secrets on how we train new Harlem Cycle instructors to set up clients. All great workouts start with making sure we are riding safely and our bike to adjusted to fit our riding needs.
Heart pumping non-stop rhythm base workout, with a little bit of something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! Songs include Janet Jackson, Beyonce, and Flo Rider.
