Welcome to Harlem Cycle at Home! We are so happy you have chosen us to be a part of your fitness journey. When it comes to fitness it's nice to have a little guidance to help program your fitness routine.Check out our beginner's weekly training plan, that provides 4 daily options for you to ramp up your workout 4 days a week. As you begin to progress through the program you'll notice progress week to week. If you do your best to stay consistent, you'll be amazed at what you will accomplish in just a few weeks.

  • 20 min Sculpt and Tone with Alex

    Harlem Sculpt is a total body conditioning class using low impact HIIT and strength training movements to improve balance, coordination, and core stability. This is a mat based workout where you'll mold your thighs, seat, arms, and abs to a healthier, stronger you.

  • 15 min Lower Body Sculpt with Leah

    A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

  • 15 min Tone with Oliva

    Improve balance, coordination, and core stability with this 15 min Tone workout. This is a mat based workout where you'll mold your thighs, seat, arms, and abs to a healthier, stronger you. No special equipment needed

  • 15 min Leg Burn with Tammeca

    Spend just 15 min training your lower body and build strength and power in your legs, glutes, and abdominals. No equipment needed
